The Pueblo store is the first of at least three Simple Simon’s Pizza franchises planned by the Collinsworths in the Front Range Industrial Corridor of southern Colorado.  It is also the latest in a number of Simple Simon’s stores either operating or planned in the western United States, including Thompson Falls, MT, Libby, MT and Plains, MT.

“We’re very pleased to open our first Simple Simon’s Pizza franchise in the state of Colorado,” said J&H Foods president B.J. DuMond. “For over 30 years, Simple Simon’s Pizza has selectively sought the right expansion opportunities wherever they present themselves, and we’re convinced that our new ownership groups in both Colorado and Montana will result in even greater brand growth in the future for those regions.”img_1931
