- Ability to manage and motivate people. Food service experience is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to locate and acquire rights to restaurant sites that meet the Company's criteria.
- Ability to properly finance and capitalize the investment.
- Commitment to market the product in order to maximize sales and profits.

| A Class II Co-Brand is a Simple Simon’s Pizza located with another food concept or complimentary business with dine-in or carry-out venues available. A Class II concept requires a minimum of 150 square feet. |

| As a Co-Brand franchise owner, you will be responsible to pay the Company for the following: |
- Initial Franchise fee $5,000
- Royalty fee of 5% of gross sales
